Refund policy

At Ray.DinnerIsReady, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Customized or personalized products


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/item.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at 📧 orders@ray-dinnerisready.com before sending your item back.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
